Wish list for Wods

What's everyone's thoughts on list of needs of equipment for WODing / recovery

I have got oly shoes / minimalist trainers / wrist wraps / speed rope / voodoo floss band / lacrosse balls /

What shall I look at next to help for general crossfit???

Belt????
Knee sleeves???
Hand protections??

Can anyone come up with a list of importance of equipment to help more enjoyment and also progress

I just got knee sleeves and love them. I use my belt everyday, I think its a must have. Gymnastic grips also come in handy for extremely high volume days, but most of the time I don't use them.

Re: Wish list for Wods

Everyone is different about how they protect their hands, ive tried gloves and those gymnastic grips and didnt like either personally. I generally just apply a good bit of chalk and try to grip the bar as far down in my palm as possible and that helps a lot in avoiding tears/blisters.

I like a belt for my heavy squat days, it is a tool that many lifters like to have and use for squats or deadlifts, but everybody is different. I also love my Rehband knee sleeves, they give me just a little bit of compression but mostly just keep my knees warm and cozy and i like them for squats/thrusters/wall ball days.
