Hey, what are your favorite shoes for crossfit? I'm looking for recommendations.

P.S. I've been using Jika-tabi for a while now and they work pretty well for me. I've only really used them for light work, though - they might not do very well for heavy lifting/O-lifts.

I wear a very thinned sole pair of sauconys. Great for POSE running, and thin enough for deadlifting and squatting without compression.

I wear simple leather ballet shoes; indoors or outside. They provide a basic level of protection for the feet while allowing them to move in a way that is very close to barefoot.

At $30 a pair they're easily replacable, though my last pair lasted through years of lifting, running, and hiking.
