Not here. I put the pics in the thread titled Ring Buckle Debacle. If you are getting buckle bruises from your rings, the fix is cheap and easy.

I don't have any power rings yet but I've got a set of those new ones on order.
I've been using these $13 playground rings suspended with chain in the meantime. My sternum is too injured to do ring dips at this time but my buddy has the same setup and was getting bruises from the chains. He fixed it with some pipe insulation. Would that work to pad a buckle? |
