Re: Heavy bag metcons

A simple one I did tonight, SFW video link here

http://youtu.be/vxMmm9cn-2Q

It's a sprawl, followed by a high kick and some plyo style lateral jumps. 10 minute amrap and boy does it burn!

This is a timer I use sometimes when I do bag work. It's really comprehensive and easy to use, plus you can set intervals for random lengths, which can be a real gut check when you start throwing in other movements into the workout.

You can also save any configurations you like and use them again later.

Re: Heavy bag metcons

Just wanted to say thanks again for the hand wraps tips. Sorted myself out a pair and it's a whole different experience. Enjoyed a nice 7 rounds of 1min row 1min bag on 10 secs changeover. Good fun

Re: Heavy bag metcons

Another striking WOD of sorts. 15 minutes amrap, pretty good stuff. The people at my box really enjoy it so I thought I'd share!
