Watched the pre game show 15.2.. well not too big of a surprise.

Rolled back, floss, reverse.. rowed 2.5k slow pace..

Get ready for Friday 5PM to kill it. I am light and mentally stronger so will push it into the 18's.

Woke up feeling good. 5PM tonight is the night.

Rode to the gym, mobilize, floss.. etc..

Rode back to the gym.

3 hours to go and getting anxious.. last year I got 189 and 190 on the re do. I am loads better on the C2B this year. Plus 8 lbs lighter helps a bunch.

Friday- warmed up for over an hour. Was very calm.. little anxious..

Ended up with 241.. did not have much of a plan for the 18's.. so was ugly..

I am happy with getting into the 18's this year last year was two attempts 189 and 190 way short of making it.

Guess the re do proved to me that I am a better crossfitter on this workout than last year.. but seriously why a repeat and why that one.

I personally love long grinders with 5-9 reps each station.. 7's is a good one for me.. #7'scastroletsgetit

Saturday.. top of quads hurt.. usual mobility
1 k easy row
EMOM bar facing burpees starting at 8 going to 15 on last set.

Deadlift bunch of easy 5's then singles up to 335# easy.


Sunday- assending double unders EMOM 10/20/30.... so on and made 90.. Mostly un broken.

Press all 5 reps- 45-140 easy.. did a bunch of sets..

Rehab at night after moving heavy couch up stairs.

Row- bunch of 250 from warm up pace to 1:30 pace at the end.

Reverse ghd... stretching.

PM-
Box step ups- 75 reps
Wall balls un broken with a 30#- 5,10,15,20,25 no particular time of rest
Power clean- 65,95,115,135,155,175,185,205,225..

Warm up mobilize...

MU- 1,2,3,4,3,4... or so.. felt good working on the wait part of the muscle up then snap into place. When I pull too early makes for hard work missing the weightless part.

Thrusters all x5- 65-85,105,125,145,165 then 95x21 15/6

Waiting for announcement playing some 8 ball..

Kids missbehaved last night and had to take the cell phones.. well lets just say turn them off when you do that.. one alarm 4:20AM, next one 5:00AM, final one 5:50.. then mine 6AM.. did not get much sleep...

But will do this like no other or any other. Just do the work.

Last night went in and did some rowing, double unders and stretching.
