Good Calories, Bad Calories podcast

I have started reading this book which examines the 'research' our current 'healthy diet' is based on. Very informative so far.

This interview is on CBC's Quirks and Quarks - an great science radio show. Free to listen to.

Re: Good Calories, Bad Calories podcast

One day someone will bring out a book based on the idea that people get fat because they eat too much food. Everything else has been tried.

then again, it'd never catch on.

Crazy idea, what was I thinking

Jason, reading it now, but man, it's worse then a WOD. If I can do 10 pages a night, I'm happy. Could not be more of a dry, read, no matter how relevant the information.

Gotta agree on the reading. I was shocked to say the least when I received it - never looked at the 'pages' field when I ordered it online. Informative though...

Feels like I'm back in school.
