Bit of a problem...

Over the past couple of days I've all the sudden had very bad flatulence (like, really bad... it lasts from when I wake to when I go to sleep) as well as a large increase in the number of bowel movements through out the day!

I really haven't changed anything in my diet... I don't know what to do! I've been searching online, but the only theory I can come up with is that my body has stopped digesting all the fat I eat... I eat zone with around 3x the fat... but I've been doing that for months and know plenty of other people do it too! Anyone else have this problem or think it might be something I should see a doctor for??

Are you sure you're doing nothing different.

If I change white rice to brown rice I almost fart myself to death.

To me it's quite amusing but it doesn't win me many friends.

I know what you mean. When I "experiment" with my diet, my family learns to avoid me.

Actually, I feel like it might be clearing up right now... I might have eaten some bad meat, but the fact that it has lasted several days just has me frustrated. The worst part is trying to make it through three hours of wrestling practice without passing gas every time I get slammed.

I'd try taking digestive enzymes (WFS): http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/NF19
