New to the forum

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the CrossFit forum and just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm a full-time trainer in Quebec City, Canada, training both individuals and in a group setting. I'm a Level 2 Certified Coach in Circular Strength Training and that forms the base of what I do with my clients. In fact, I first learned of CrossFit through the RMAX forums.

I've been involved in strength training and various sports, both team and individual, since my early teens. My "main" sport is alpine skiing, a sport I have been coaching and teaching since I was 18 (now 36).

I'm here at CrossFit to learn. There are many aspects of the system which I find very interesting. I've started poking around the forums a bit and it seems like a very positive environment of open sharing of knowledge. I look forward to ongoing exploration of the system.

Cheers,
Adam

Ah, that explains why your name was so familiar - I knew I'd seen you around the forums somewhere.

Welcome.
