Bar warm up, 15-20 min weights work and then mobility and/or extra core work, before every WOD. Roll and stretch after.

Throughout the day teaching, some preworkout(spend very little since I do more movement at school with students), and post workout to help with recovery. Total time is about 30 minutes spread throughout the day!

On a daily basis about 20-30 Minutes. Warm up is usually bar stuff, activation stuff, a few hip and shoulder openers. Row and stretch post work out Evenings usually include some rolling, smashing, voodoo floss and stretching. When I do it, I notice the difference, and when I don't do it I notice the difference, so I try to make time and make sure I am open.

I actually spend time on mobility when at my globo both before and after any workout but if I am watching TV then I floss and do other stuff... may as well make the most of it, I say rather than doing nothing.

Mobility is integral part of workout .As how you maintain your car after use.Muscle maintenance is Key to good performance of muscle .When u have good range of motion your work capacities increased.When have healthy muscles performance of muscle increases .Muscle can maintained by Mobility workout stretches and Massage .When question comes of how much time ? its my personal view or personal suggestion how much time u do work apply same time for mobility or stretch

Best mobility in my mind is staying active. So I try to do that as much as I can.

From there I do lots of lacrosse ball, foam roller, stretching work. The lacrosse ball works wonders. IMO the foam roller is great, but not indepth in enough to get at the bad spots.

HA, true enough, I have a set circuit I do, but alot of times skip other things I NEED to do.
