Check this poor guy out, luckily he seemed ok.

(Link is work/family safe but break.com is not a great website to you have your boss or kid looking over your shoulder due to some of the content available or the ads)

In which case, it's *NOT* work/family safe, now is it?

comments not work/family safe. But hilarious to read, for the lack of weightlifting knowledge. All ads and other content was, at least when i loaded it.

Video is of a lightweight weightlifter, failing on a snatch. Weight goes a little far back, or he goes a little far forward. And he loses it from the hole, onto the back of his neck. Looks painful. Maybe 70 kg, if they are red 25kg bumpers?

Somebody forgot to teach that poor kid how to dump the weight and I would blame his coach for that.

That was not 70 kilos, I'm not sure what it was but 154 pounds would have flattened the poor kid far worse than that.

I would say it's not work/family safe due to one of the commenter's avatars . At the very least, don't scroll down!

Seems like a really nasty (and stupid) group over there . . . I'm glad the kid was (a) alive, and (b) trying to do a snatch in the first place.

Hopefully, he'll get some decent coaching before he kills himself.
