Why muscle mass really matters!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to make you aware of an article i wrote on why muscle mass really matters for healthy ageing. It makes a compelling case for a lifelong adherence to a strength training program. Enjoy!

Nice try to hide your spamming. Enjoy the ban.

Cheers,

Stefan

Indeed, it is important to go into old age with a solid base, and to maintain it.

Fear not, those of older constitution! If you haven't been lifting, you can still add muscle even at older ages though the peak potential is obviously reduced.
