ebay scam artist...

Sorry, posting this and asking for hate mail violates our Site Rules!

This is the facebook account of the woman who just ebay scammed me.

She bought a pair of shoes from me, opened an ebay case for a return, then ebay forced me to except a return and issue a refund. Well, instead of getting the shoes back I got 2 bottles of water via ups! Now im out 162.50$ and a pair of nice weightlifting shoes.

Feel free to share and send hate messages to this *****.

The sad part is her mother was in on it to. I'm officially done with ebay.

As a guy that sells tons on eBay and amazon the best advice I can give is to always record (video) what you ship and do the same as you open any package returned.

I haven't lost an eBay claim yet

Sorry for your loss tho bro

Sean,

Since you have all the information about her, I would just give her a call and tell her that unless your money or your shoes are returned, you will have no choice but to go to the authorities. What I would also do is contact her manager where she works to make sure that he knows what his employee does. I admit that judging by her FB profile, I am a bit surprised but I guess you never know.

that really sucks. but, why would you issue a refund without first receiving and inspecting the shoes...err, I mean water bottles?

Re: ebay scam artist...

In the past when I've given refunds, I've always received the return first, inspected it and then processed the refund. Only once did I have a problem...when someone bought a softball bat, obviously used it and then tried to return it.
