Can anyone tell me how to perform a Knee-up?

Hang from a bar and bring your knees to your elbows in a controled fasion and without swinging. Bend your elbows slightly before you begin raising your knees.

David,

Thanks for the knee-up instructions. I performed (attempted to perform) 15 reps this morning, and I made it to only 5 reps. Guess I've got some more adaptive growth to focus on.
