100 Burpee Pull ups c2b for time: 15.54

Strong on the bench, although I doubt I will ever pr on it again seeing as when I was bodybuilding I got 160k.

The burpee pull ups were really hard, massive slog and from 30-60 especially, hand is still ripped and I kept jumping wrong and swinging, just really not smooth so much to improve on that next time around.
Nice work, that is a very strong bench

You never know, I am catching my old squat and bench pb's again, would be a good target, get as strong as you were without being so big!

Thanks Dom, its a big call seeing as when I got that old bench all I done was trained heavy and ate as much as possible, the metcons definately do not help it. Going to set myself a goal of 130k on the bench.

I also watched your 100k SP, great work, Im finally looking like getting the 80k so you never know one day.

Nice list. Good to have some solid goals to work toward. Sometimes we can forget to set goals in our attempts to "get better at everything".
I think I'll draft up a list myself.
Oh and I just hit that UK/Ireland Sectional WOD, the DU, G-to-OH, T2B. I knew it was going to be much faster but it went VERY well.

These are goals that I have had in mind for a few months, puts me under pressure putting them in writing, the front squat goal is firstly 300lb and then onto the 150k.

Yes I see on your log , I should re-visit that workout as it was the first time I done the toes to bar so also expect a huge pr like yourself.
