Shoulder, Back, Pec pain.

I did Angie on Monday 7-26 and noticed my shoulder was a little sore afterward. The next day I felt some irritation in my back just under my scapula and some tenderness in my pec at about the same height as the scapula/back pain.

Could there be a common injury thats causing all of these areas to be tender?

I've laid off of overhead movement, started NSAID's and upped my fish oil but it just doesnt seem to be improving. Has anyone had a similar experience? And how long should I nurse it before I seek med treatment?

Thanks for any input.

Re: Shoulder, Back, Pec pain.

Get some deep tissue massage or ART on it and see if it resolves.

If not we'll go from there.
