Subbed sitting muscle-ups today.

Finished in 15:11. That was a rough one. My legs were a bit rubbery! I feel great now, though.

196 this morning. I feel like the scale is lying to me. I barely feel like I'm dieting and the weight is coming off. That's 6 lbs since last Monday. I love Paleo.

I think we're going to do the CFE workout at 3:00.

Reverse tabata runs. 10 on, 20 off. Max effort. 16 rounds.

Thanks man! I don't want to rush it, though. That's a sure-fire way to put it back on.

Besides, goal weight is closer to 170. I've got about 25lbs to lose. I think I can do it sometime in February. My anniversary is in March. I'm hoping to look killer on the beach Maybe my wife won't let me leave the room that way

Nik still managed to beat me even though he's ill. I had him on every run, but he manages to pull past me on the pull-ups. More motivation to drop weight and speed up the body-weight workouts.

Had my first sugar in over 3 months on Saturday. Wife's birthday. We went to the melting pot. Meat = good. Spinach artichcoke fondue with bread = bad. Chocolate caramel fondue with all the dipping snacks = 3 lb spike.

Great night out with the wife = totally worth it. Weight will stabilize by tomorrow. I'm aiming to hit 195 by the end of the week. Wish me luck!

Managed to recover from Saturday's massive cheat. The scales read 196.5 today. I'll take it. I'm going to give it everythign I have to hit 195 by Friday. I was hoping for a metcon today, but I'll take whatever they throw at me.

Ah good, the weekend weight came off!! We can get somthing going if you don't thing the push jerks aren't enough!!
