Took a rest day yesterday.

8x6 deadlift @235 today. Kinda boring, but I needed it. My back was a little tired from sleeping funny.

I've been back on for about 7 weeks now and have just been logging on paper. It'd be nice to start back here again to be able to search.

Worst workout I've had since I've been back on it. Back was feeling fatigued so I skipped my deadlift. I just decided to hit Fran. 21-15-9 of sucky workout.

8:28. Worst time I've had in years. Green band, 95lbs.
