For the thousandth time...

I keep telling him it's only because I want to figure out exactly how much Josh is putting up on that C&J. 325#?

(I think something I said about how Tom Cruise wishes he was half as great looking as the rock star that Josh obviously is, made my darling doubt my intentions, but really now!! I'm right.)

Jamilla, I'm flattered.
the c&j done at crossfit was 340lbs, my best is 346. I've cleaned a little more but that pesky jerk keeps getting in the way. since in competition you have to jerk it i've never really tried to work just on cleans. I'm thinking I may may want to see what i can hit before i start to get old!

I think Josh is one of the bench marks for crossfit.
The guy is a heck of an athlete. His Fran was great, his C&J (olympic lifting) at national level, and then he cranks a 330 M hurdles better than is H/S time in ??? I'm sure other accomplishments too.
Josh, most lifters in the powerlifting world peak out at about 35 years old. It seems thats when I hit my peak too. So, you have a few more years at least. Then you will have to slow down.... slightly.(maybe!!!)

Josh. That C&J is awesome. 157.5 Kg! Wow. I have only coached 4 guys who have ever been over 150 kg.

Josh, are you the same guy in the Fran video with Greg? http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/Josh_Greg-Fran.wmv

I'm guessing yes, just want to clarify.
