Helping Vets and Vets info

Guys n gals,
I'm a Vet, and Crossfit has took me from a broken war vet to the best I've felt in 8 years. That said, I like to keep those of us who are Vets or active military up to date. The IAVA (Iraq Afghanistan Veterans Association) is the largest post 9/11 service time group for Vets. They were the ones who got the NEW GI Bill pushed through congress. (with the help of many other Vet groups)
That said, please pass this to a Veteran near you.
This link is to the site www.iava.org, is a article for what a government shutdown will do to Vets Health and education benefits.

Its PG rated, forms are R rated. (your dealing with GIs here), its not political, and offers a ton of resources for health and mental health along with free gifts for vets like tickets to NFL games etc. NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, so my love of them is for what they do, not because I get a paycheck.
thanks in advance guys, crossfit has been the best choice I decided to do in 4 years. Cant say 5 cause the wife told me to say its when I got married.... or what it 6
