Not sure really...probably just weak lol. I went back and did DL again today and PR'd at 305

Did Cindy's half sister today (Cindy but 10 AMRAP instead or 20 AMRAP)

17 rounds in 10 minutes

Re: Peyton's Log

Good work on Cindy.

Technically speaking, your DL "should" be at 1.5 your squat. So in your case a 300 SQ leads to 450 DL. Now that is all theory. Do what is comfortable for you. I know that at my 200lb SQ, I can only DL 255, which is definitely not at 1.5. A buddy of mine told me that my form is good but listening to my body I felt that it is not worth pushing forward until I get comfortable with around 225.

Is 305 your 1RM? What do you think is stopping you from going higher?

Re: Peyton's Log

I would say the biggest factor stopping me from going higher would be strength lol. It'll all come in time I supose.

Re: Peyton's Log

Today's WOD at CF Emerald Coast

7 rounds for time, 10 reps of:
95# SDHP
ring dips

Time : 8:16. I am weak. Took too many breaks.

Congrats to the Mike McLeish and Kim Phan, the owners of CF Emerald Coast. They got engaged last night. Very Cool
