Selling CF Sandy

I am selling my CF Affiliate, CrossFit Sandy. It is located in Sandy, UT. I opened the gym while I was figuring out some military waiver stuff with the slim hope of my waiver actually working and it did! So, into the military for me.

I am only looking to break even on the money that I spent to get the gym going.

The gym is making profit each month and is consistently growing.

Email me at - crossfitsandy@gmail. com (remove space) if you are interested.

Re: Selling CF Sandy

I must say that your facility looks really nice, and what a great backdrop! Seems like a good location being inside of a strip mall. I would assume you get some decent traffic walking by. Good luck with the sell, it seems like a great buy.

Re: Selling CF Sandy

Yeah its a fun location. We get a lot of exposure and have some great outdoor areas that we get to use as well. It is definitely a great buy. Someone will walk in with an affiliate already making money and a great group of dedicated CrossFitters.

Re: Selling CF Sandy

Why don't you sell it to your partner - or keep it running under your name - share the profits ?
