Yeah I know all the elite scores, fran sub 2:30, helen sub 7:30, angie sub 12:00 and so on, I'm trying to get some short term goals that will help me monitor my progression

I think there's a guy around here who has a -6:30 Fran. Yes, that is a negative sign.

I dont quite get what you're trying to say.
I asked for some reasonable goals for my level of fitness to strive to achieve in the short term of a month or two.

It was a joke...

As far as those workouts go you could probably take a minute or so off in a couple months, but it all depends on how you train and your strengths/weaknesses. They're just workouts, so no point in trying to specialize in them. Get your squat up, run faster, do pull ups better, and you'll cut time off.

Re: Good times for angie and fran

the best time for any workout you do is the one you get. who cares about what other people get for times. their fitness level isnt yours and vice versa so dont worry about what other people are doing and train your hardest every day and go all out. your goal should be to beat yesterdays you.
