Hey fellow CF ladies! I'm usualy a little bit off schedule, In one week I maybe do 2-3 of the WOD's on the day they are posted, and make up the rest on other days. I do post my times but they usualy are a little late.

I agree with Becca and I think of the blog comments as the 'whiteboard'. Knowing I have to post my time for 100's of people to see, does give me that extra kick in the butt. lol

I'm following brandxmartialarts(pack) -- I've been posting my WOD's there --but I just created a log on this forum under "workout logs" Title: chp201 WODLOG --- I love the competition --gives me more motivation :-)

i'd like to see more women posting too! it's a bit hard to compare WOD results with men two times my size!!
