40 wall ball (substituted thrusters wiht 2 15# DB's b/c don't have medicine ball heavier than 8 pounds)
40 pull-ups: 6reg, 34jump
25 wall ball
25 pull-ups: 1reg, 24 jump
10 wall ball
10 pull-ups: all jump

stairmaster: 30"/30", 1'/30", and 20"/40" intervals 3 sets of each.

Run 400 meters @10mph, 1%inc

20 Thrusters
20 Sit-ups
20 OHS
20 Sit-ups
20 High Pulls
20 Sit-ups
20 Push Press
20 Sit-ups
20 Deadlift
20 Sit-ups

Run 400 Meters

Time: 18:40
Men use 75 lbs for all exercises and women use 55 lbs.
