1RM Clean and Jerk - 275, 285(f), 285(f). Under 285 twice, just couldn't stand up with it. Felt great off the floor. Should be able to hit that by end of the cycle. Feel like I could pull 300+, just can't stand it up.

Sprints - 1:06, 1:11, 1:12, 1:14. Pushups fell to 2s in the third and fourth round. It was bad.

Pause Front Squat - 3-3-3-2-2-1... legs shot after the shuttles. Worked up to 255 for the doubles, but failed 275.
