Garage gym being sold on Craigslist

Im selling my collection and paring it down to my sled, a medicine ball, some dumbells, and my running shoes.

Need to make room for a harley rebuild, the gym had to go.

http://pensacola.craigslist.org/spo/1019386222.html

Items included a crossfit pendlay bar (I know i'll kick myself later), 210 pounds of bumper plates, power rack, everlast bag, boxing gloves, ufc gloves etc. I also have the materials for th Ironmind OLY platform (varnished top piece, horse stall mats)

Crossfitter discount!

If the link doesnt work search for my post under florida panhandle/pensacola.

Re: Garage gym being sold on Craigslist

I'm in Atlanta. I would love to have the bumpers and bar. Let me know if you will piece them out and how much. BTW, I've been looking into building the Ironmind platform. Are you just using plywood for the varnished top piece?

Aw, man... If I was at home it'd be on! Maybe I can talk my dad into it, though...

Re: Garage gym being sold on Craigslist

I did use a varnished top piece for the platform and it worked great.
The bar and bumpers have sold to a crossfitter. Glad to keep it in house. XD
