Pull-ups - 4, 6, 4, 5, 4, 5, 4, 4
Push-ups - 13, 13, 10, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8
Sit-ups - 11, 9, 8, 8, 8, 6, 8, 6
Squats - 13, 11, 9, 10, 9, 11, 10, 12



Wednesday 08/08/12 WOD (self made)

As many rounds as possible in 40 minutes:

10 - Deadlifts
10 - Curls
10 - Shoulder press
10 - Push-ups
(All weights using machine)

9 rounds + 3 Deadlifts


Thursday 08/09/12 WOD (self made)

No time limit:
5 - Pull-ups

Did approximately 6 rounds - very pleased with elbow during performance, but post performance was somewhat unpleasant.

Approx. 10 rounds (I mistakenly reset the timer and estimated the remaining time.)

incline bench press
w/20 reps of tricep extensions inbetween each set.

Tuesday 08/21/12 WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

5 - One leg squats
10 - sit-ups
15 - 24" box jumps
20 - wallball shoulder press
