Issues doing squat type exercises.
I decided to do overhead squats last night instead of the Rx'd WOD because my core gets to wild when I try and throw the bar over my head and squat, and I almost fall down. I am 6'5" and thin and not very strong but working on that. The issue I have with the overhead is my hand/mostly thumb started going numb last night after about 7 sets. Also my elbows tend to slightly hyper-extend which caused the inside of my arm between my forearm and bicep to get a little numb as well. Last thing is I feel like my hands are starting too far back behind my head. It is good for when I am in the squat because it ends up even with my head but I just dont know if this is good posture? When I start with my hands even with my head the bar tends to go forward and I have to lower it. Any advice would be appreciated.
