The hand stand push up

does the feeling of all the blood rushing to your head and making your eye balls explode ever go away?

it actually does go away, the more handstands you do your body will get used to it.

Yup, practice more. Try to get inverted at least a minute or so everyday.. break it down into as many sets as you need. It should go away within a week or two if you're not obese.. that might hinder your blood flow somewhat.
