Did you guys just see how low Akinwale got to push the sled? That's how you're supposed to do it. Gretchen also has the right idea.

It's not horrible for the women if they use good technique.

[QUOTE=Dave Traeger;968179]But its purely luck of the draw who you get in a heat with, no?]

Yea - but winning money is always fun.

Re: CF Games 2011 General Thread

I'm loving the heavy sled push. Awesome. Very happy with just about everything this year.

I thought the first 5 WODs did a great job of testing fitness. Good timing for a cut after that.

My only hope is that we don't have five 3-30m metcons for all 5 of the last WODs. But, on an individual level, I've liked both of these last 2 WODs a lot.

Haha, well, there's 3 other movements that she could've done bad on. Like handstand pushups which are harder for bigger athletes.

I'm surprised Kinney DNF'd though after doing so well in the triplet sprint which uses a lot of the same strengths.

I think A. Sakamoto is going to crush this one. I'm worried Camille is going to struggle on the sled.

For the record, this was before Annie started running with the sled that I posted this.
