I hope not, I'm just as interested in the other competitors lifts as I am in the finalists.

Re: 2014 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Why would you show every round all day and then limit coverage of the best event of the day?

This is pure bs that we didn't get to see the first round. Makes no sense.

They are doing the same thing on the games site/youtube stream as on espn. The last half hour was a recap. Twitter/facebook/youtube comments are EXPLODING with angry viewers.

*edit* I guess they are only showing the semi-final and final.
*edit* Apparently they aren't telling us who are in these rounds either and who was cut.

I think they are just gonna show the whole thing at 9 for the women, then the men shortly after. Think about it before you freak out. This is 3 separate 'events', yet they are 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and 4 minutes each, so pretty short. However, it is going to take a LOT of time to change the weights, which is probably why they slotted 1 hour for the women and men each. My guess is they are saving us all the boredom of seeing an exciting short event, then having to wait 10 minutes while they change the weights and give the athletes that are moving on whatever rest they are given.

I could be wrong, but I think we'll see every heat for both men and women.
