If you could eat only one...?

Hypothetical speaking............

If you could only obtain your carbohydrates from one source, what fruit or vegetable would you choose to maximize your needed carb intake and other needed vitamins and minerals?

Sweet Potato.....assuming I am still allowed fat and protein as well.....because they go great with butter and bacon.

My choice 100%. They are just packed with good stuff + the fact they taste unbelievable with butter, sea salt & tons of pepper! Adding bacon to the mix definitely puts it over the top! I totally could live off prime rib, sweet potatoes and butter for the rest of my life.

Re: If you could eat only one...?

I'm the odd one, I love just eating a cooked sweet potato plain. I don't mind a little butter now and then but butter (and salt) over power my taste buds so much I prefer to go plain on many things.
