MuscleDriver Customer Service

I had to post to give a compliment to the customer service I received at muscledriver. They really were stuck in a bad situation and put me, the customer, first ...

About a month ago I ordered a pendlay HD bar w/ a budget set of Hi-temps (45, 35, 25). In a couple of days my bar arrived with the 35s and 25s but there was no sign of the 45s. After a few days I received word from muscledriver that the 45s were on backorder from the manufacturer and it would be a few days before they came in.

Well, a week went by and apparently they were never received and did not know when they would be coming in. After a couple of days of communication with muscledriver customer service I offered a solution - that they purchase a set of rougue Hi-Temp 45s and send them to me.

I received word today that my rogue hi-temp 45s are on their way. I just think it's awesome that they took a bad situation and did the best they could to satisfy me.

Way to go Glenn ... love the HD and the bumpers. You da' man!

Re: MuscleDriver Customer Service

Same thing happened to me. I was a little disappointed when they said it could be around 4 weeks before they had 45s back in stock. They didn't offer the Rogue substition, but they did offer KGs instead which I took. I kind of like how it's working out. 44.1 lb plate plus the collar is roughly 45 lbs. Makes it more accurate. At least that's what I'm telling myself.

We got some KBs that we could not have been happier with. Great service, great prices. One chipped, we called and a replacement came out before we had even shipped the damaged one back. Love those guys

Re: MuscleDriver Customer Service

I ordered my kettlebells from them about a week and a half ago. They shipped in about two days, came in perfect condition, and overall I was happy.

So, today, I ordered some lighter ones because my workout partner is a noob

I ordered them around 1000 and they just shipped.

Freakin' awesome.

I'll be ordering all my kettlebells from them!

I currently have 6 of their shirts (MDer and Pendlay) and I'm 100% happy with them.

Re: MuscleDriver Customer Service

Glenn Pendlay's an excellent guy and has great customer service. I ordered the CF bar and weight set package, got only the CF bar without the weights, assuming it'd come together. I asked to make sure there wasn't something wrong with the order, and Glenn set up an expedited shipping of the weights directly to my house.. I don't know how much that costed him to send ~250 lbs of weights to my home, but damn does he care about satisfying his customers. Thanks Glenn!
