Wrist Pain

Hey guys,

I've had some minor wrist pain while in extension. I've been using ice, compression, and rest, but would like to give 14.5 another go tomorrow.

I've been running a few loops of tape around the rest during the open workouts on top of using wraps when necessary. I also have some kinesiotape laying around, and saw a few videos of the application process.

Have any of you used KT for your wrist? If so, how effective was it?

Nowhere near as effective as a good pair of wraps for your wrist. You can certainly wrap some tape around it to act as a brace like wrist wraps though, should def. help with all the abuse 14.5 puts on most people's wrists.
