What are some good group or team WODs?

I'm going to have a group of friends over to work out in a week, possibly 8 of us total. We did Fight Gone Bad last time to help spread equipment around. Can you help me thinks of a good group or team WOD would be with the following equipment available?

- (1) bar with 400 lbs. of bumpers
- (1) 20 lb. dynamax ball, (1) 14 lb. dynamax ball
- (1) plyo box
- (1) pull up bar w/band assortment
- (1) set gymnast rings
- (1) set of powerblocks
- (1) 8 kg kettlebell, (1) 16 kg kettlebell

One of the early CrossFit Journal articles was about team work-outs. Should be easy to find on the site.

Re: What are some good group or team WODs?

That's a great article. I actually like the way they kept coming back to 5K for progress monitoring. A lot of the really good ("fun") WODS require room for at least two people doing pull ups at the same time and two bars. I only have one bar and one stud bar type pull up bar from Rogue.

We're also going to have one pregnant friend. I thought of that tonight.

I thought of a partner thruster. Person A does a bottom to bottom squat and holds it while person B holds a bar in full extension, brings it down, then presses it back up to hold it----a "top to top" press, lol. Those could be a fun element.

If we have one team go through at a time with the other team judging, that takes care of a lot of the equipment issues, but you loses the head to head fun. It definitely opens more possibilities, though.
