Crossover Symmetry

Has anyone seen or used this? I've noticed a surge of pics with Games athletes endorsing these. Probably because they're free and maybe getting paid. Anyways looks interesting and wondering if it would really help our shoulders and help me rehab mine as well.

Re: Crossover Symmetry

Kyle - we installed 3 stations at our box and are loving it so far. I spoke with Tommy Hackenbruk about it at the Games and he raved about it which solidified my decision to purchase.

Time for a trip down to Cayman to come try it out?

Don't be ridiculous.

You seem to be overlooking the big difference.

And this is huge.

There's a drawstring backpack with a cool logo.

Re: Crossover Symmetry

I thought the same thing as did Tommy when I asked him about it. He and his team started using the protocol 2 months out from the Games - he told me at the Games that the team's shoulders had never felt stronger which is not normally the case by the time they get to the Games - they are usually feeling pretty beat up by then. He said that he was going to have every member use it every day at his box - I saw that they installed 10 stations at each of his 2 boxes a month or 2 ago. Tommy isn't going to install something at his gyms that are gimmicky or don't produce results.

As a box owner I like it because it makes it easy for members which in turn keeps compliance high.

Re: Crossover Symmetry

How would something like this work for the same sort of exercises to keep the shoulders healthy? You can even double or triple up the bands to add resistance too.
