Run 7.7 miles

Time: ~ 1 hour

Notes: Route through Inman Park, to Freedom Park Trail, to the BeltLine, to Piedmont Park, once around The Meadow, and back to Cabbagetown via the BeltLine.
7.7 miles according to Google Maps.
Probably went at 7:45/mile pace or so.

Notes: RXed workout. Team finished 4 out of 15 on the whiteboard. One arm dumbbell snatches at 70# is the heaviest I've done. Had to break the sets in to 6 reps, then 4 reps.
