Shoulder Numbness - Overhead Squats

Hi Gang,

Hope someone can shed some light on this injury. I have had challenges with small tears, impingement and such over the years but this is knew.

I was doing this WOD.
1- 10 reps Hang Power Snatch to Overhead Squat to Ring Dip
800m Run
10 down to 1 reps Hang Power Snatch to Overhead Squat to Ring Dip

When I was on about my 7th set going up I started to feel a "tingling" in my right thumb. This got progressively worse and radiated up my arm to my right shoulder. By the time I finished the workout (yes I know some of you are now screaming at me "WHY DIDN'T YOU STOP) my right arm was numb down the medial side from my shoulder to my thumb.

I used the R.I.C.E technique all last night and today but there is still numbness in my arm.

Any thoughts?
