anybody know any tricks for healing and oblique strain/pull a little quicker. all i've found online is that they take awhile to heal. thanks.

Be patient, they do take awhile. Very painfull and dabilitating(frustrating)injury. Not much you can do as far as I know. Ice/heat, wait until pain free and start to stretch lightly.
