Wednesday 4/11/07; Fourth day of rest week.

Someone is messing with the scales. It reads the same but I am clearly losing muscle whole-scale and gaining ungodly amounts of body fat. Whoever's doing this, please stop!!!

Thursday 4/12/07; Fifth day of rest week.

Went to see my doctor today about the large amounts of bodyfat I'm gaining and huge muscle loss from not working out this week. Heinously, he suggested I might be suffering from some sort of body dis-morhpia. Quack!!!

I'll bet my squat has gone way down, too...

Was going to continue to regale the one or two who've ever looked at my log with tales of my body dismorphia. Then I forgot.

Monday 4/16/07; CrossFit:

Ring Dip: 6 sets of 7. Approx. 1 min. rest times. Really took a while to get the body "running" again.

Jackie:

1000 meter row
50 Thrusters
30 Pullups

9:35 -Had two 30 second stops waiting for equipment. Stopped the clock. Did gain some wind from the rest.

Warmed up with OHS and FS

Back Squat: 2x275,295,300,305,310,315,320,325,330,335 -1 minute rest times.
Press: 2x135,2x135,2x135,8x95

Everything felt rough from the lay-off. Shoulders sore from yesterday's ring dips.

First day with new Oly shoes.

C&J: 3x135,2x145,1x155,1x179 strained right knee. Stopped.
Power Clean: (1x179)x3
Deadlift: 3x315,1x365,4x405. Still sore from Tuesday's squats

Saturday 4/21/07; Bike day:

First day with bike and first extended ride in 20+ years. Once around Forest Park. Surprised that arms felt it the most.
