BACKSQUAT HEAVY TRIPLES

Idk what is wrong w my right knee. Both knees hurt. It's either a tendon or something, a tracking issue, or arthritis?? It doesn't feel meniscus-y yet? Idk I don't have pain bending it or anything....it feels swollen inside yet it's normal. I feel it when I squat and yet, heavy squatting makes it feel BETTER. I'm riding this to the end I guess.

Chiro fixed a rib that was out my neck top bone out and my low back bone and knees giving me grief everything's hurt since. Idk why. My body's tired? Im too old? A day off or a training deloads probably in order if it doesn't work itself out.

also I did some jerks with 95# the other day; testing out my knee thats going, as its my front jerk foot. I knew then, it might affect press. eh.

wanted that squat for years! Thrilled even tho I dumped the next 2 singles FINALLY!! I know it's light for non-grannies.
