Incline benches were full so that was it. Tail end of my 57th year, still getting my period. My twin has been done for years. I wouldn't mind so much, even tho it makes make me think I'm having a stroke or dying or about to pass out- if it didn't interfere so much with training 😁 💪

190# (3) PR! I didn't pop an ovary, my uterus didn't blow out. Wasn't even as hard as I thought it might be. My legs are sore today, though.

85#/10 (idk, i dont feel this in my back at all)

HEAVY BENCH PRESS SINGLES
120# (3) PRdid 118 last cycle supposed to repeat but went for it

Then worked w gym trainer to fix my rows and triceps. Invaluable. My grip was too narrow and my db path was wrong. I was able to feel my lats so yay! He said I'm not weak but not strong. More to work on.
TRIGGER WARNING TMI. My period was spotty all week, today was like it finally started in earnest. Worst cramps in years and I had to buy tampons. Each lift was a gush. I'm probably too old for this crap.

HEAVY DEADLIFT Did 230# last cycle.
235# (misload, thought it was 230)

245# (MISload, broke it off the floor, realized my form right there was bad - couldnt figure out why this seemed sooo heavy)
235# (wth, I already did it 2x - the only good part of this period brainfog was I realized after this lift I was done. )
Still struggling w/female cycle, lot of pain this month.

75#/5 (3) PR! No sleep last few days, out of spite! in honor of my brother-in-law (passed away Monday )
Close Grip Bench got 98# for 8, 5,5 moved up to 100 today. This is close to my heavy bench 5's weight...IDK if thats bad or good??

No sleep for a week. Yea, NO.
House guests left this am. Service yesterday. Late nights and troubled sleep. Got a triple at 105# and 103#. Even the standing strict press was a little difficult because I'm soooo tired. Probably should not have tried.
