recovery workout anyway.
Slept 4 hrs last nite, all kinda calls peoples pipes froze/broke flood. ugh.

1_12_14 Monday
Foam roll, balls, stretch.

Thoughts on the last session: somewhere somehow I must've learned to snatch. A few years ago, the second set of snatches would've been all arm pull. Another weird thing, my last bench press rep for some reason I extended both my legs like a weird plank. Probably be better if I used some leg push. And I'm clearly stronger now than I've ever been, go figure.

I dont know if Im not sleeping well or Im not used to this volume. Really tired.
I forgot to write last night, they were No Feet power cleans (dont move your feet at all).
Pretty good practice!

I moved all these up 5 to 2 kilos up to 48kg. 52 was supposed to be 2x but all easy. so 54. fc -k it. its how I roll now at OFG. I shouldve raised my squat weight.

my new neighbors, the ones from Liberia, moved in last nite and were watching me today in passing. Its so different when you know the neighbor doesnt dislike you.
They have three daughters and one son I have yet to meet, prob meet only in passing til 0░ windchills go away as they'd have to skate our yards... :-)

25 at the office. More later. My fiancÚ thinks thats a lot. LOL. He can still beat me, at everything. And that's ok!
