Sounds good man. The thing is that this all inclusive fitness you are building may not only manifest itself in your stage performance, but mostly your longevity for the match. Being able to be fresh on your 3rd day at the Nationals is a much bigger deal than most shooters know.
I have a doorway pullup bar at the door to my bathroom. One thing I did to grease the groove was to obligate myself to do a set of 5 or 10 everytime I passed under it. Doing that I went from being able to only do 7 or 8 to 20 dead hangs in a row within about 2 months.
You'll get it man, just keep pounding away.
