First Time Fran!

I did it as Rxed in 11:57. I knew it wasn't going to be fast, but I wanted to do it without scaling it. That hurt! The thrusters were so heavy--I broke my first set up into 10 & 11, my second into fives, and my third into threes. My pullups were all over the place because I was so tanked from the aforementioned exercise. But I did it!

After this and the 1x7 shoulder press workout, I have been humbled enough to know that I need to go back to a SS routine for a few months with (hopefully) a short metcon at the end of each workout. Look out food! I'm coming for ya'!

I started building my milk tolerance back up yesterday (and I've got to say, it's been tough since not drinking much of it lately. I never recognized the mucous-thickening effect of it before until today because I've never had so little of it in my diet up until this last month). I'm hoping to be in the 6000-7000 kcal range again by Monday.

I'm going to go dig a grave for my quads now.

wow!!! that's awesome time for a first time!!!!

my best is 12:15, scaled (assisted pullups).

keep it up.....

my first time was about 15 min, second time was just over 10, and the most recent one in this weeks WOD was just over 9 min

it sucks every time! i find it hard to breathe during the thrusters
