NYTimes Article on Pros/Cons of Vege Cooking

Interesting article on cooked vs non vegetables.....I can say I was always under the impression that raw was better across the board, but according to the article perhaps that cannot be said with all plants.

I agree with what's said in the NY Times article. Actually, my Food Science textbook from 2003 says about the same thing, so I don't know why this is new news.

I don't think it's anything to make drastic changes over though. Bottom line is I am and need to eat a lot of vegetables. If I eat 5 salads a day as opposed to mixing it up with 2 stir-frys and 3 salads, I think I'm still in optimal condition.
