30 backflip burpees for time - The "Korey Sarvas" workout

Please do this workout in Korey's honor and leave a comment or a video response with your name, location, time, and version of the workout. We would like to compile a list of thousands of freerunners around the world who have honored Korey through this workout.

Good luck on that. Especially 30 in a row without crashing. That will be the real trick.

We had over 30 people do this workout and not a single crash or injury. Of course, we are also a parkour gym so people know how to do them right...

But you guys don't have to do the 30 backflip burpees. I wrote up a bunch of ways to modify it in the video description.

"Korey Sarvas"

For Time:
- 30 back tuck burpees

Modified Versions:
- 30 burpees
- 30 burpee tuck jumps
- 30 back tuck burpees (on trampoline)
- 30 back tuck burpees (off height)
- 30 round off back tuck burpees

I would much rather do back flip burpees than RO Back Flip burpees. **** that. That's way more tiring.

Set a set of rings just under the highest you can reach in a standing jump. Jump up, grab and quickly do a skin the cat, throwing the rings to the sides and landing on your feet.
