Deadlift Form Check

My recent 3rm.

325x3 (wfs)

My question to you guys is did i lock out enough at the top of the lift. My grip was not that good i felt like the bar was gonna fall out of my hands each rep so i was quick to get the weight back down.

Re: Deadlift Form Check

looked pretty solid to me. Could use a better lock out, but not the end of the world.

If the grip is slipping on the first one, switch to either a hook grip or to an over under grip.

Your grip seems to be all that is limiting you hear, build it up and you could be a real strong puller
