I've been attending gymnastics classes for a few weeks, which has been great.

I'm really struggling to get a hand spring though, and it's starting to get frustrating. I seem to be getting worse! From jumping onto my hands i just seem to end up on my arse, back, and occasionally manage some kind of contact with my feet, but hips are always way too low.

Any advice much appreciated and if anyone has a video or link to someone performing a good hand spring, i think watching it over and over may be a big help.

Cheers,
Steve.
