cant watch journal videos??

im reading through the first volume of Journals and i cant watch any of the videos. i get this message when i click on the video link:

"The plug-in required by this 'URI' action is not available. "

i have no problems watching the videos(previews) on the "Exercise/Demos" section.

any ideas?

Re: cant watch journal videos??

What operating system are you running?

Could you provide a specific issue or link so I can check it out for you?

thanks,

Re: cant watch journal videos??

im using Windows XP.

the first video that i tried to watch is in Journal #3, right in the beginning, its supposed to be a video on The Muscle-Up.

heres the excerpt where the video link is present:

Quote:
The Muscle-up
The muscle-up is astonishingly difficult to perform,
unrivaled in building upper body strength, a critical
survival skill, and most amazingly of all, virtually
unknown.
This movement gets you from under
things to on them (Video). Let your
imagination run.
Though containing a pull-up and a dip,
its potency is due to neither. The heart
of the muscle-up is the transition from
pull-up to dip - the agonizing moment
when you donít know if youíre above
or below.
do i need some specific Adobe Plug-in or something?
